From start to finish our process puts your needs, taste and lifestyle at the forefront of your new homes construction.

Step 1* Lot & Subdivision Selection
Sharkey Custom Homes will assist in finding you just the right lot or land, or is happy to build on property you already own. We inventory select lots in the most desirable subdivisions in Lubbock. Sharkey Custom Homes also will travel to surrounding West Texas Areas to build you dream home at your dream location.

Step 2* House Plan Design & Amenity Discovery
Jason Sharkey works one on one with you on every aspect of the design phase. You will have the benefit of
years upon years of “ Design to Finished Product” experience on your side. Insuring that your vision is brought to life.

Step*3 Pre Construction and Cost Bidding
At this time Sharkey will meet with each and every subcontractor and supply professional to discuss your homes construction specifics and finished amenities. Each building professional will provide a written bid to keep on file for each and everything detail in your homes construction. This step is crucial to eliminating the “Guessing Game “ that most builders play with their clients.

Step 4* Construction
Enjoy the excitement as your home is swiftly and skillfully constructed! Throughout the Construction phase, you will be updated consistently via updates and regular onsite meetings.

Step 5* Warranty & Beyond
